Regarding plan review comment #3 / secondary power, subsequent to the 2015 IFC the requirement was reduced from 24 to 12 hours of runtime. It is my understanding is that the City of Brighton has currently adopted the 2021 IFC, with no amendments to section 510, which stipulates 12 hours of backup runtime (or two hours if connected to a generator circuit).
