Established in 2008, the Brighton Fire Honor Guard proudly serves as ambassadors of the District with patriotism, pride, and professionalism. The Honor Guard has members from various ranks and presents local and state colors as well as pipes and drums for many events including functions of the District, parades, sporting events, and others. The Honor Guard also provides funeral honors for line of duty, off duty, and retired Brighton Fire Rescue District firefighters.
Members of the Honor guard attend a one-week Honor Guard academy and train quarterly to ensure we are proudly representing our country and the District in an honorable and professional manner.
