25-01805 – Plan Review Application – 9755 Henderson Rd

Hello,
We received a comment that the plans submitted for this review must be stamped and for construction. This project is still in the design phase but we would like to have a discussion on the fire alarm, voice evacuation system, and fire sprinkler requirements prior to submitting for a formal review/permit. These plans were submitted for a preliminary plan review per the direction we received after calling the phone number listed on the Brighton Fire website. Can you please confirm if we should be continuing with the plan review application or if we can discuss our questions directly with a plans reviewer prior to a formal submittal with stamped for construction documents.
