The permit on this property is now payable. Impact fees are also due for this property. Will you be paying them or should I send the statement to a GC or the homeowner? If so let me know who.
If you will be paying them yourself, I have attached the staement here inscase you are paying by check. If you are paying by credit card, I will make it payable after the permit fee is paid.
