Having talked with Chris Bertrand, he said that since your team reviewed the whole site with both structures, if your team uses the letter that you have approved titled Outdoor Warm Up Arena and publish another PDF with only the MDF/RR building as the title, OR send him an email directly that both buildings are permitted under this singular plan review / approval letter, he would green light the Branton Fire Permit to have been received for both building permits.
If you are fine with either one of these options, we wouldn’t need to move forward with the MDF/RR set I sent in earlier this week since it is the same set you have already reviewed.
