I submitted plans on 12/15/25 and have yet to receive an update on if it has been transferred to the plan review. I called in the middle and end of January and was told that the plans would be transferred to a reviewer. When I logged into the portal today I see the status is still “received”. I left a vm at 12:53pm today 2/6/26, requesting an update and am leaving this chat. Can you please tell me when our plans will start to be reviewed and what the anticipated review time is?
