Amy, please let me know if you are paying by check as there is a second fee for $75 on this property for it’s review as a model home. I am just only able to have one fee available at one time, I don’t want you to have to send us mail multiple times if you don’t need to. If your paying by credit card I can just collect the first fee and set it to request the second.
