Would you be able to send me a set of marked plans with the revision notes? I talked to our designer, and he mentioned if you are talking about the lower left part, they’re looking at which is a flush beam and is shown for routing purposes only and does not pose an obstruction since it’s flush with the joists. The only beams that pose as obstructions are the “dropped” beams.
